FrancePologne is presented as NEURONSIA — registration pending. Contact questions@francepologne.fr about your data and rights. See the legal notice for publisher information.
Essential processing
The server processes IP addresses, request dates, requested URLs and browser information to deliver and secure the service. Technical security logs are separate from audience statistics. This processing relies on our legitimate interest in operating the site and preventing abuse. Access is restricted to authorised operators.
Optional audience measurement
Measurement is off until you consent. Once accepted, we record the page, date, referring domain, browser and operating system families, device category and country when locally available. Audience records do not retain the full IP address or network prefix. A server-side pseudonymous identifier changes daily and is not stored in your browser. These statistics are not strictly anonymous.
Consent is the legal basis. Visit records are removed after 90 days by a daily task. Refusing does not prevent reading. Withdraw your consent at any time through Cookie choices. DNT and GPC signals also disable measurement.
Accounts and newsletter
New accounts and newsletter sign-ups are temporarily closed. Existing accounts remain stored during the pause. Account data includes a username, email address, password hash and optional profile information; it supports the requested account service and access controls. Profiles are not public by default. Contact us to request deletion. Suspension does not delete an account.
Previously subscribed email addresses and confirmation status remain stored. Any future newsletter sending must respect the separately collected consent and include an unsubscribe mechanism.
Recipients and external services
Authorised operators and necessary hosting, email and backup providers may process data. We do not embed behavioural advertising or a Facebook pixel. Facebook links lead to an external service with its own policy. Firebase login is not currently integrated into this website; future integration will require an updated notice.
Your rights
Subject to GDPR conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object to legitimate-interest processing. Consent can be withdrawn at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. We normally respond within one month and may request proportionate identity verification.
You may complain to the supervisory authority of your habitual residence, workplace or the alleged infringement, including CNIL in France or UODO in Poland.
Travel synchronization — not yet active
When activated, Firebase Authentication will handle sign-in. Saved articles, cities, checklists and trip notes will be stored under your Firebase identifier, separately from existing website accounts. Deletion leaves an empty identifier/revision marker, eligible for removal after seven days once Firebase confirms account deletion. Backups are restricted to administrators; no automatic backup deletion schedule is configured. Retention and cross-device testing must be validated before activation. Contact: appios@francepologne.fr.
