Access

Public articles can be read without an account using a current browser and internet connection. Account creation, member features and new newsletter subscriptions are temporarily suspended while the service is prepared. No paid subscription can currently be purchased on this website. Any future paid offer will have specific sales terms and pre-contract information.

Accounts and acceptable use

When accounts reopen, users must keep credentials confidential and report unauthorised use. Access may be temporarily limited for maintenance, security or abuse, subject to applicable rights. Account closure and data requests remain possible during suspension. Circumventing protections, disrupting the service, submitting unlawful material or accessing another person’s data is prohibited.

Content and external links

Texts and illustrations remain protected by their respective owners’ rights. Statutory exceptions, including lawful quotation with attribution, remain available. Other reuse requiring permission must be agreed with the relevant rights holder. Articles provide general information; check administrative, legal or financial steps with competent bodies for your circumstances. Third-party sites are outside our control.

Complaints and changes

Send complaints, corrections or broken-link reports to our contact email, identifying the page and relevant facts without sharing passwords. These terms do not restrict mandatory user rights or remedies under applicable law. Material changes to an account service will be communicated before taking effect where required by law.
